So as per the diagram I set the scene. Large traffic light controlled intersection. All sections of road double yellow lined without exception. Large apartment building with inadequate parking provision in top left corner. Rectangles denote parked cars belonging to occupants of afore mentioned building. Intersection gets quite busy during peak hour with a lot of people entering and existing the road between the aparment building and apartment the greens pace.

I found myself in a rather unpleasant situation the other day where there was a car exiting the road as I was entering it-no big deal, there was room for me to stop behind parked cars but not for the person behind me. The traffic lights work in such a way that each of the four sections of road gets their own turn so the car exiting stopped at the intersection. Thankfully no third person trying to enter the road so the intersection was only partially blocked and cars from the road at the bottom were still able to get passed. WIBU to report the illegal parking to local traffic wardens? I feel a bit bad because parking provisions in that biding are woefully inadequate but at the same time it struck me as quite unsafe. I am leaving the area at the end of the month so no personal angle to reporting. WWYD?
