To not be sure re child eye test and symptoms

My 5 year old recently had an eye test, and they said his optic nerve looked ‘ok’ ie no signs of swelling but I can’t help but worry about brain tumours. The last 18 months he has become very ‘naughty’ - lot listening, aggressive at times, and headaches. Would it have definitely shown something on the eye test? His older brother didn’t experience any of this so I’m unsure. Doctors booked but appointment isn’t for 3 days and I’m a worrier!

If you’re worried then get him checked but to be honest he could just be a 5 year old just pushing his boundaries and the headaches could be nothing or a hundred things. Most of them not serious.

Each child is different and just because his older brother didn’t act this way means nothing.

In my experience a decent optician that sees anything wrong will refer immediately. My dd was sent on an emergency referral via the opticians.
I'd go back to your Gp if worried and say the eye test was clear and normal but they're having headaches.
