To ask about passive income streams?

AIBU to ask about good ways of making passive income?

I’ve had ideas so far like writing an e-book or opening up a ugh-interest savings account, but I’d be interested to see if anyone else has any other ideas.

Thanks :)

Rental property, collect scrap metal, part out old cars

I have lots of suggestions but you'll have to sign up to my special club at $29.99 a month to find out what they are Grin

EBook won't get anywhere you'd need to do a whole online publishing business which is hard to start but then semi-passive as time goes on.

Affiliate marketing. Sell your own products online.

These can all be passive but take A LOT of work at the start.

Alternatively Airbnb, services arbitrage...

Passive income streams are income from your own capital rather than labour. Rental income isn't passive, you have to service tenants.

The only true passive income is via investment of money in companies. Easiest way to do this is via buying shares or ETFs.

Passive income is income that just flows to you without you needing to work, so really it’s investment income.

So either stocks and shares, or renting out property that is managed by a really good agent so you don’t have to do much. You need quite a lot of capital either way!
