Last day off before holiday

Today is the last full day I have off, with no plans, before our holiday. I'm at work Mon-Fri full-time this week.

What shall I do today? I'd like to make the most of my day... Make a lazy day feel accomplished.

Have stripped our bed and the linen has been in the wash for the last 30 mins.

Get all your holiday clothes ready - ironing etc?
Sort out holiday reading, if that's your thing. I always save a really good book or two for hols.
Do an online shop to be delivered when you get back.
Open a bottle of wine and go and enjoy the sun!

De clutter? Do you have lots of niggly admin you need to catch up on?

I'd pack all that I could. Passports (double cheek they are in date), insurance, tickets, ehic. Make sure cash is exchanged. Get swimming costumes and other bits that you won't need in the next 5 days packed and all my holiday clothes leaving just underwear to pack. Unless you have enough underwear in which case pack everything. This gives you time to avoid last minute panic.

All clothes are hung and ready in the wardrobe. Passports, cash and EH1C card all checked. Tickets all printed and ready. Books ready. Music organised.

A day watching cbeebies with the boy it is.... Snore

Avoid the last minute washing up by having a cheap tea out somewhere!

Go somewhere nice for a picnic? Then later have a pamper: long bath, paint your nails etc.
