Hello. I posed a few months ago about a friend who asked everyone else to be bridesmaid except me The wedding is fast approaching and I can't really be arsed going but I have to for the sake of other friendships. Help Me not act like a passive aggressive idiot please !

Has she mentioned why she hasn't asked you? Was it perhaps because she is closer to the others?

I've just looked at your original thread. Here's the thing...you say you have to go for the sake of other friendships....well if those people would ditch you for NOT going then they were never your friends in the first place.

I hate weddings. I simply can't understand them and find them so weird. I get it if you are close family and want to share a nice day but beyond that it's all such a waste of time money and stress.,
We've just been invited to a family wedding, abroad for 3 days, term time. Err no thanks. You do whatever you want with best wishes but I'm not spending thousands coming to watch.
I'm aware I sound like a miserable bugger but seriously, they are just not my thing.
