To ask what supplements are good for anxiety?

I have PTSD and the anxiety is really awful. I’ve been taking Kalms lavender supplements, b vitamins and omega 3 for the last couple of weeks and I do think it’s helping. Is there anything else anyone can recommend?

Separate. But the 3 in conjunction work well. I got all 3 off amazon.

Also magnesium as night xx

I take vitamin B complex, Omega 3 and vitamin D. I do think it has helped my anxiety.

I believe that magnesium deficiency can make anxiety worse so might be worth trying a supplement with that in?

Yep, I’ve seen magnesium online too. I’ll get that from the shop tomorrow and order the other ones online.
