There was a thread today about this country giving foreign aid to a U.K. football team
I have just found an article by accident which say that the president Paul Kagame is worth $500million and has an expensive private jet - he seems to have more than enough money to fund his country’s problem with getting funds for poor U.K. taxpayers.
The definition of aid ‘ taking money off poor people in rich countries to give to rich people in poor ones’ seems apt in this case!
