Fruit machine breakfast club

Just saw this advert on my FB.

Gala bingo are offering tea/coffee and a bacon sandwich at their “fruit machine breakfast club”.

Surely this is just wrong? The area is hugely deprived, the only people going at this time of the week are going to be the unemployed or people with a gambling problem. Aren’t there any laws governing this kind of stuff, responsible gambling etc?

I agree that the gambling places do prey upon vulnerable people but I'm not sure that opening early has much to do with it. Better they're having a tea or coffee than an alcoholic drink if they have a gambling problem.
