To think I still have an infection?

I had a breast job. Got an infection in an open wound, confirmed infection and had antibiotics.

Doctor has since checked the wound and says it’s no longer infected. It’s -

1. Still painful
2. Has pus and blood on the bandage
3. Constantly smells ... I put new dressing on in the morning and by the evening I can smell it. (Was told to change it once a day)

Sounds infected to me. I’d go back and ask to see another doctor.

Get a second opinion, it sounds infected and you don’t want to risk sepsis. Sorry to be doom and gloom but definitely go to another doctor.
