Can people see all the threads other users are on?

I just wondered about this as i've seen a few people mention that they knew which threads others had posted on. I just thought that it would mean then that there was a risk people could be identified if they shared too many details.

It's a risk - all threads can be cross referenced so it might be possible to recognise someone by details shared across multiple threads. That's why people often name change for a controversial thread.

Yes, advanced search. And on another thread someone said they check posters' comments on other threads. It doesn't take long to give identifying information about yourself if you are open, thinking you are anonymous. Who knows who is on here. Name changes are wise.
