Aibu pregnancy

I probably will get told I’m posting this in the wrong place but I know this is where it will be seen the most.

I’m 7 weeks pregnant, had a scan last week and baby had a strong heartbeat but is growing slowly (3 days worth in a week). I’m due a rescan this week. I have just started bleeding dark red blood (like the beginning of a period) it is not a huge amount but enough to worry me. I have also had very slight brown blood all day. Who do I ring? Or do I just sit and wait it out? I know my EPAU is now shut, any advice?

Call the number for the switchboard of your local hospital and ask they put you through to whichever service deals with prenatal emergencies.

Assuming you aren't bleeding excessively (ie bleeding through a pad every 10 mins), then there isn't much you can do. You will have to wait it out and phone the early pregnancy unit when they are next open so they can check you.

Early pregnancy can be a worrying time. Assuming you don't get really painful cramping, there is still hope.
