I've had some wines. Feeling grand. Is a 3km run a bad idea? Hubs not keen but I reckon I'm good for it Grin

I always run faster when I've had a glass of wine. Fact!

Just make sure you're no where near busy roads.

Don’t go! You won’t be able to judge danger in the same way eg. Car speed, rocky paths etc

My 10k pb was achieved when tipsy Blush
But take extra care crossing roads etc.

We had a few drinks a number of months ago and ran out do wine and so dp who normally is a runner. He ran to the local off licence for alcohol and ran back with a bag pack it was about 5k total and he said he was full of energy

Just want to ask why do you want to run after a few drinks instead of maybe burning some energy off with your dp Wink and yes I might have had some wine also

Go on, you’ll enjoy it and be able to go for miles! Just take care, stay away from roads and uneven ground.
