I'm probably being unreasonable but I'm frustrated!
We ordered a sofa sometime ago which has arrived this week slightly damaged. DH is out of the country for work.for the next 3 weeks so I tried to call the sofa company to get the situation rectified only they won't speak to me due to data protection as we used my husband's credit card to make the purchase. In order for them to establish that my husband is the account holder I've told them every bit of data they hold on him so they aren't protecting any data.
