To wonder what is wrong with me?

Have had a headache now all week. It subsides with painkillers but as soon as they wear off it comes back. I can feel it in my eyes as well.

I've had a temperature for most of the week as well and today I have a blotchy rash across both of my arms and they feel hot to the touch.

In addition to this I feel generally just unwell but I can't put a word to it.

Any ideas?

No, but I think you could legitimately go to a GP with those symptoms and not be wasting their time. A persistent headache lasting this long should probably be checked.

Does the rash disappear under pressure? If not go to A&E if it does I'd probably visit a pharmacist or GP. It's probably a virus which can cause a rash but could also be an allergy or something that a GP could diagnose.
