15min microteach - need inspiration!

I have an adult learning interview and need I need to do a 15min microteach. I'm out of practice and need some inspiration! It can be on any topic.

I taught recovery position. Little bit of an intro, lots of active participation and plenty of opportunity for individual feedback. Something useful for everyone to take away. Easy to learn from YouTube if you don't already know it
