As if they aren't bad enough, I've just received an email from them saying that from 6th June they will be charging a pound for returns through Hermes or their courier collection.
Bloody cheek!

Just return to store. It's free!

Loopytiles · 23/05/2018 23:06

Not free where I am to return to store because of parking charges.

The delivery charges are already high.

I have everything delivered to the shop for free and always make returns at the shop too. I've even been known to be cheeky and ask the staff if I can try stuff on in their changing rooms. Never been refused.

I like Next, one of the few shops that makes decent clothes for short people.

In Ireland we get free delivery when its over 20 euro plus next day delivery I find it handy for stuff I need quickly for the children I also return for free to store too

No wonder they are in the queue to go bust.

TBF I had an item delivered to store Friday, picked it up Tues but it wasn’t there.

Phoned and she called me back without leaving a number (which they are supposed to do) so they are no redelivering for free to my home tomorrow and I didn’t even have to push for that she offered it without me even asking (which I was going to).

So even though they fucked up the customer service was good.

Will they still charge you for returns if you buy the £20 unlimited delivery for a year? I too always return to store
