I ordered some plants nearly two weeks ago, for the last four days the 'status' on my order information has been updated to 'shipped by courier' (the previous status just said 'dispatched').
But no sign of them yet - I'm getting slightly worried that my poor plants are sitting in some courier place dying through lack of care when they should be here with me.
So just wondering whether the 'shipped by courier' coves a multitude of time scales or whether I should be phoning the company to find out what's happened.
