What the hell is this poison ... Diet Coke Fiesty Cherry??

I wanted some Diet Coke Cherry flavour. They only had “fiesty Cherry”. How the hell can Cherry be fiesty I thought? And bought it presuming that it was just a marketing gimmick renaming Cherry Diet Coke. Wrong!!!!! It’s Cherry... with chilli!!! I don’t want chilli in my bloody cherry coke!

Even more infuriating is that you can only get classic Cherry in normal coca-cola (with the sugar). Diet Coke is the one version I actually prefer the diet version of the drink (I blame having to drink 50 bottles to save tokens to get a Micky mouse pendulum clock when I was a teenager. Still have the clock, and the Diet Coke addiction!)

You can get Coke Zero cherry. It's much much nicer.

As a fellow Diet Coke addict, the fiesty cherry one is vile! Not keen on the mango one either tbh. I often wonder how you get the job of taste testing these things, and how broken people's taste buds must be to approve these flavours.

I wish they'd bring back Diet Coke vanilla. I spend a fortune on getting a cup at those freestyle machines.

I am a dr pepper zero fan but it’s hard to find. The new coke one sticks in my throat in an unpleasant way.

I thought it tasted different. Hope they bring the original version back.

I tried it and it tasted like 99.9% diet cherry Coke with maybe a hint of ginger? Not the awful throat burning diarrhea experience everyone's on about....

You think you’ve got problems? I had a can of lemon Fanta the other day and it was full of sweeteners. I thought I was buying the full fat version. Apparently it’s ALL got sweeteners in now.

I tried it and rather liked it. Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Berry and Chilli infusion OTOH gave me disastrous cystitis.

Pepsi Max ginger is also nasty but at least it doesn’t try to hide what it is

I didn't even notice that it had chilli in it until I was told afterwards. The mango is delicious.

The mango one doesn’t taste of coke at all, more like the old mango lilt.

I have switched to Coke Zero Cherry.

I quite like the mango Diet Coke, but cherry Pepsi max is the best.

Get yourself some Pepsi max cherry, much nicer than diet coke cherry ever was.
