Child maintenance dept ruining lives

I have been unfortunate enough to need the services of the child maintenance dept. They forwarded my new name to my exhusband who was attempting to kidnap my children . Then they did it again after a month!!! after I requested them not disclose the information on at least 4 separate occasions ,ending my career and forcing my family to stay in hiding.( Just to make sure the damage was complete!!)
On submitting a FOI request, they have avoided giving me file now 4 weeks post 40 days legal time period , each time using a different excuse.
Not content with exposing myself and my children to imminent danger by disclosing my info to my exhusband, then breaking the law by ignoring a FOI , followed by perverting the course of justice by not providing me with my file.
We are here, with me wondering how many court cases I will have to sit through against the child maintenance department .
Any thoughts on obtaining redress

If he us the father he has some rights too. How do you know he was attempting a kidnapping.
Not providing a file is not perverting the course of justice

Where does he want to take your children? Was he abusive when you were together? I don't know if Women's Aid can advise you but they're worth a shot.

If he us the father he has some rights too.

No he has responsibilities. It’s called parental responsibility.
