Anyone experience stomach upset has in early pregnancy what can be done ?

Yes. I had horrible IBS. Wait it out was the only solution I found.

Yes I did once. Keep hydrated by sipping water. You can take dioralyte for rehydration. If you are worried about dehydration contact Gp or 111 or out of hours.

Dont worry your body will look after your baby. Think of the women with hyperemesis.

Yes I got acidy diarrhoea every morning instead of sickness it was horrible , it settled down about 10-11 weeks

Morning sickness is VERY common in pregnancy. Best approach is to keep hydrated. Dry carbohydrates (e.g. Saltines) can be very helpful in decreasing nausea. Eating small, frequent meals and especially cold foods (less scent to trigger nausea) can also be helpful.

Some antinausea and antidiarrheal medications are not safe for pregnancy. Make sure you check with your GP and/or pharmacist before you take any medications. Congratulations on your little one!
