I'm sorry, but I have to tell someone!
I've had a lump on my nipple for the last 6 weeks or so. It was about the size of a pea, shiny and white and hard and a bit sore. I've been working up the courage to go to the doctor, but at the same time thinking that I didn't really believe it was anything serious...
Anyway, I just popped it! I've given it the odd squeeze sometimes over the last few weeks, because obviously that's a good way of getting a valid medical diagnosis, but it hasn't changed in a couple of weeks. I was just getting changed and noticed a spot on it, so I gave it a squeeze and it popped! It was pretty gross, but now my nipple looks feels back to normal and I can't believe how relieved I actually feel.
I've washed it and covered it in savlon. That'll be enough, won't it?
