Aibu to feel a bit sad

Has to turn down my job for the second time 😟 first time it was the same job but over 1.5 hours away

Me and my friend went for the same job both got offered it but had to turn it down because they wanted full time

My friend doesn’t even care about the cliants just wants the highter pay to get on the housing I have been dreaming of this role for years

I did get a different job and been doing it for two weeks and do love it but this one was my dream

Just want a hug feeling a bit gutted

Sorry if I sound a bit bitter but had been working towards for years.

I do like my new job but the other one was the ONE

Yes it’s childcare

I have 3 children
My current job is 20 hours and it makes me smile the commute is 8 minuets and and the people and my boss are lovey

But I always felt the other role was the one
Guess I am just gonna have to let it go
