i am annoyed(probally unreasonably) that i start a thread and it is totally hijacked by someone who never starts her own threads just hijacks other peoples(yes I know i don't own the thread) i even asked mn to delete my op as i don't wnat to be associated with it but they won't so just pissed of

well tbh i think most people don't even know i started the bloody thing, 2 whiskys have made me get a grip.

thing is I have read posts by her on other threads which I have agreed with. just on that thread sh has been ott. and tbh quite ignorant.

You are being unreasonable ..... but only towards yourself by getting wound up about Mrs Stuck Record over there. Take a deep breath, have a G&T (or whatever) and feel proud of yourself ! At the end of the day, YOU have made your choice about your family - as we are all entitled to do - yes, even Mrs SR - but difference is, you're not on a lifelong crusade to "convert", or verbally bash, any "non-believers" (who haven't made the same choice as you) into submission (by constant repetition it would seem ..... what does she expect, that all dissenters put their hands in the air,a nd cry, in despair "ok, ok, we agree with you, your way is the only way, now shut the f up" !), and accept, like most normal, ordinary folk that we are all individuals, with individual & varying circumstances, which will therefore inevitably mean different, but no less valid, choices.
