To put DD in a pull-up tonight?

DD is 3 and has been completely dry at night for a week and a half.

She has been sent home early from nursery with diarrhea, it is really bad.

Do I put her in a nappy/pull up just for tonight or will this be a massive step back as she hasn't been dry for long? Just don't want her to have the runs all over herself in the night..

It would be a nappy in my house ... but with an explanation that it's because she's sick ...

I would.

I kept a pack of pull-ups in the back of the wardrobe for years for this very purpose!

Being poorly so soon after being dry at night might set her back a bit anyway although I think it's a bit different to day time training as in they are either ready or they're not so I wouldn't worry too much and just deal with it when she's better.

Thanks, I was thinking of just saying i know you're a big girl but this is just while your tummy is poorly. And maybe just say if she does wake needing the toilet to still try to go?

Pop a pull up on her.
At least she'll be more comfortable if she's poorly in the night. Hope she's much better tomorrow.
