To wonder why I keep finding tiny screws everywhere?

For the past few months I keep finding very small screws lying about the house. I'm a single mother to 15yo DD so no man who might be doing DIY iyswim. I've asked DD but she has no clue. Any ideas?

I find them too - but they are teensy gold coloured ones and cone-like (but solid). All over the house too. I have no idea where they are coming from.

Something is going to fall over/down one of these days.

Funnily enough I just saw a meme about finding little screws. The punchline was that it was just the persons life falling apart.

Not very helpful just thought it was funny I saw recently and then this thread happens.

This happened to me too. I was completely baffled.....until the dining table collapsed!

Thanks guys. I've checked the dining room table, checked the curtain poles, nothing so far. I do have a cat but don't think she would be bringing them in as she is 17 and hasn't been outside since I can remember!

Could be laptop screws I guess, I'll have to dig out my old laptop and see if it's missing anything.

I'm finding the same thing. 3 different screws appearing in the same area of the kitchen. Huge screws. Nothing I own has these screws. Was asking my daughter about it telling he it's weird. I went outside to have a cigarette, went to walk inside and stepped on a small, different screw that was in my mat, so weird
