Do people use MN threads as evidence in court?

Just that really. About to go through a divorce when EA, finamcial control and gaslighting have happened. I don't want it to get ugly but I have to be prepared. I have several previous threads under another user name and wanted to refer back to them to remind myself of what has gone on and use them for my solicitor if necessary.

Surely they could be a reminder.... But can't see how they could be construed as evidence in any way

If you want to list things for your solicitor, you could use them yourself to refer back to while typing it.

Other than that, they're not going to want to wade through pages of replies and comments, to find anything relevant that you may have typed.

Ok. Thanks.
