I work in customer service and there are ALWAYS those customers who find something ridiculous to complain about, so I love seeing businesses respond to reviews where they are essentially saying "fuck off" to a customer, but more politely.
Today I saw this one on google;
A customer is complaining to HotSquash (fashion company) that they couldn't get their sale purchase to go through.
HotSquash's response:
Thanks for your review.
As discussed over email, we didn't do anything to resolve your issue before you told us about it, as we didn't know you had an issue.
Once you had contacted us, we offered:
- advice how to proceed to help your order go through online
- to set aside the products you wanted to purchase until you/we could get this sorted
- to call you and take your order over the phone
Unfortunately you weren't happy with any of these solutions, and for that we can only apologise.
We do try our hardest to make our customers happy & our shopping experience a good one. When we are informed of problems we will swiftly & professionally attempt to resolve them. However, we admit that we are unable to resolve problems that we have no knowledge of, as was the situation here.
Kind regards, The HotSquash Team
Have you seen any good review responses recently??
