I don't take that feeling for granted at all because painkillers don't always work on mine! In the past I've taken so much ibuprofen to stop the cramps that I've given myself an ulcer

But today the drugs are working and I don't have to go home from work and cry in the bath for three hours, so HALLELUJAH!

So excited by this I used the wrong 'there' - I'll blame it on mental distraction

Oh it's a grand feeling for sure! A day of freedom and doing your thing. Bliss.

Mine's headaches - I know that roughly thirty minutes from taking Anadin Extra and the headache will, probably, bob off leaving me free to concentrate on the day ahead instead of being a snivelling heap.
