I am wfh/studying for some exams in three and a half weeks time and going a bit stir crazy stuck indoors. Tend to procrastinate and then revise so no real structure to my day! Should I work outside the house? Exercise? Hating the lack of social contact too

I got like that when I was made redundant and applying for jobs a couple of years ago.
I found it easier taking my laptop to the quiet room of local library and hooking up to their WiFi.
Although I didn’t talk to anyone, the fact that I could see other people working helped and I didn’t feel so isolated.
And I rewarded 3hrs job applications with a swim before school run, so a bit of exercise too.

Go for a walk everyday at lunchtime. Gives you brain a break, get some fresh air, see other humans.
