To want to be happy?

I mean, like proper happy. Im OK with my life, I have a good job, my kids are healthy and seem happy, I don't really have any reason to be unhappy- I just feel unfulfilled. I live away from all my family, my friends are all "coupled" up which makes it tricky to go out and have some proper adult fun. I would love to find the 'one' but not sure how as I only ever go work.. (or Asda) lol. Are any of us truly really happy, or just happy with what we've got?

Not sure work and Asda are enough to make anyone proper happy. But feeling generally okay but a bit unfulfilled, you can definitely do something about. I know not everyone has a clear idea of what will make them happy (and I'm in that category) but you can start planning a few things and seeing what happens. Doesn't have to be big - although it can be. Sometimes I think it doesn't even matter what it is that we do: just something to change the dynamic.
