Breast augmentation without looking ridiculously fake?

Which surgeon can achieve the above and where is he? I'm based in Yorkshire and have been doing some research but clinics seem to be promoting massive, round looking boobs when I just want a natural looking increase. Can anyone recommend a surgeon?

MYA in Leeds. I think my surgeon 10 years ago was name Mr Kazzazi or something similar. Has to travel to Doncaster for the op though.

I've heard of Dr Kazzazi. Does he do natural looking implants? Do your implants still look good after 10 years? Just wondered, because some people say they need re-doing every so often and that it's not a one off procedure.

Mine are 10 years this year and they are very natural looking. People dont believe I've had them done. He went for a natural look as mine was to do with a deformity rather than just wanting them bigger.

The implants are behind the muscle which gives them the natural look.

If the implant is placed under the muscle it is a much more natural look.

I have two friends with them, both requested under the muscle and only one got them, make sure the surgeon knows exactly what you want.

You usually go the next cc size up as they are slightly smaller.

How long can you keep impants for. I thought it was only 10 years.
