To not use this company

Need a company to help with some clearance so call some local businesses. Cheapest are called 'You're Dumped' with a tag line of 'we're more than keen to grab your bits'.
Aibu not to use them even though they are cheapest because of this cringy, awful name and tagline?

Have you read any reviews of how good/bad they are?

PinkHeart5914 · 10/05/2018 12:38

I don’t really see the issue [confsued] why would I pay more for someone to do a clearance/ take rubbish away?

If you want to pay more for someone to do the very same job, go ahead it’s your money.....

NapQueen · 10/05/2018 12:39

Yeah id be put off too. Its a bit pervy.

tomhazard · 10/05/2018 12:41

The You're Dumped bit I can get over but I find the tagline weird and unecessary. I'm a bit grouchy today though so could easily just be me!

Meh I’d pay whoever is the cheapest

I wouldn't use them as I don't find references to sexual harrassment amusing Sad

princessdaffodil · 10/05/2018 12:50

Who thought that name was a good idea. It would put me off to be honest.

tomhazard · 10/05/2018 12:50

My thoughts Common. I think I'd rather pay a bit more than facilitate it

Bluelady · 10/05/2018 12:50

I wouldn't pay more money than I had to whatever they were called.

QuizzlyBear · 10/05/2018 13:00

I think it speaks to their professionalism and how seriously they take the job. I got a 'man with a van' to take some mattresses to the tip once for peanuts only to find out later that they routinely fly-tipped instead of making the trip...
