To wonder when TF DD will get to go swimming with school?

She's in yr5, in September they said they'd go swimming later in the year, we're in the last term, no mention of it. She can swim already, that's fine, but have I wasted money on a cap and bag for her?

Probably best to ask the school, they'd know better than us

Oh, don't worry, I've already emailed them. I'm sure yr5 got more than 1 swimming lesson last year (1 of the now yr6s has always chatted to me, and moaned about swimming! 😂).

I got a reply from DD's teacher, he doesn't know as that's part of the PE curriculum, I know that the PE teacher doesn't know either as someone else takes them swimming, DD's teacher says that they'll all have an opportunity to swim before the end of primary, so if not this year then next year.
