DP and I have been trying to move house for ages, all a bit complicated and boring but we're stuck in a non moving chain. We've had an offer accepted on a house, but have seen another house we like on Right Move - however its on with the same agent as the one we've offered on. DP says that we can't view another property with that agent without withdrawing our offer. I dont think the agent would give a monkeys as long as he gets his commission. Who is right here? Has anyone done this, and what happened?
