To cancel my bikini wax

I'm going on holiday Thursday and have booked in for a bikini and leg wax, the issue is I had an ingrown hair that's turned into a boil on the bottom of my inner thigh near my bikini line, it's not painful but does look pretty grim.
So would I bu to cancel it would they still do it?
My appointment is at 5 so needed quick answers

Most beauty salons will deal with ingrown hairs. After all they cause them.

My waxer used to get ingrown hairs for me! I would imagine they would be used to things like that, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Anyway I went, the lady was lovely and did pick a few other ingrown hairs while chatting about mil's
I feel all fresh now ready for my holiday.
