Can you get ear ache or blocked ears with hay fever?

Yes I get all sorts depending on the years.

Yes. I want to rip my throat out and did into my ears. It’s more than sore itchy eyes and sneezing. I also get a bit of a wheezy chest too.

It’s horrible. I see to get it as a child and in m6 early thirties it seemed to lessen. This year it has come back with a vengeance.

My ears have been aching on and off for two weeks - so much so the other week that I took co-codamol as it was making my face hurt. I've never had this before but do get hay fever, just not the streaming nose - sore itchy eyes and sinuses is usually my lot.
