Depends, in your own back garden you can wear what you like, on a nudist beach you'd be over dressed, in the middle of a public park, yes shorts and a vest top! Which is it?

Well I would but really knickers or bikini bottoms both generally cover all that needs covering!

Are they actually actually knickers, I’m imagining see-through white granny pants, or are they brief style bikini bottoms? And is this a neighbour you’re spying on through the hedge or are we taking in a public park?
