Is it wrong to drink pimms by myself?

I need to study today but want to work in the garden drinking pimms. Wrong or v right?

Well you are not alone are you. I don't have pimms but am having a g and t, so as long as you are welcoming to non pimms drinkers, all is good.

There is no issue with this.

I will happily have a glass of something when on my own ie if husband out, have a glass of wine in evening if I fancy one.

I do though have a friend who thinks you should never drink at all alone. I don't quite understand why.

To be fair though I also have another friend who can't understand why you'd have one drink and stop. She feels it's pointless. If you're going to drink uou should only do so to get drunk. 🤣🤣🤣

I figured I was doing a public service by having one as it's the remains of a bottle from last year. I needed to test that it's not gone off.

I once drank Pimms in a hammock reading His Dark Materials. It's to be recommended.

For me Pinms is lovely

But only something to be enjoyed with friends. Would make me feel sad to have on my own for some reason!

But no judgement from me of those that do drink it alone!

yabvu for drinking glorified cough mixture juice but a nice cold Sav Blanc, no problem. If you get to three bottles, have sent all your friends weird fb messages, stumbled over and bruised yourself and fin yourself watching Dirty Dancing alone and weeping, it's time to stop.
