Hello All!!

I am new to this forum so I apologise if I am posting this in the wrong place.

I am a final year Psychology student and, as part of my dissertation project, I am investigating the stress associated with caring for a child with an allergy to food(s). I am looking for parents and caregivers of children with an allergy to food(s) to complete an online questionnaire that I have designed and would be exceptionally grateful if anyone that uses this forum would be kind enough to participate. The survey can be accessed via the below link and should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

Many Thanks

I've completed the survey, but I'd just like to offer some feedback if that's ok? The survey only focuses on the very recent past, whereas both my OH and I were under extreme stress for the first 6 weeks of my son's life (pre-diagnosis) and then still stressed but to a lesser extent for a while after that. We're at the point now where his allergies are well controlled/managed so the answers I gave to your questions might seem to imply that we were/are not stressed, but that hasn't always been the case. I think there can be a difference between how stressful it can be at the beginning vs long term. It took us 6 weeks to get a doctor to believe us that something was seriously wrong even though the symptoms were awful and getting worse (breathing problems, swelling around the eyes and face, constant pain etc).
