When my 3 year old is watching tv next to me. I've got a horrific migraine and feel awful.

Do it. I'm pregnant and was up all night with my 3yo. I just grabbed a 45 min snooze while he watched YouTube videos of nursery rhymes on my phone.

Yes. Suffer from migraines that get so bad in pregnancy - that's when I introduced dd1 to Peppa Pig! Get her a snack, a drink, line up her favourite programmes and snooze away.
