Yodel have now apparently tried to deliver 3 times, the first time we genuinely missed it but hoped a “please leave parcel at the door” sign would be sufficient. Re-arranged it for the next day, driver comes in and puts a “we kissed you card” THROUGH THE DOOR.” We had said please leave parcel at door in the delivery instructions. Third day, today, I’ve been in from 2pm, my partner was in about midday. About 4pm there was a “we missed you” card stuck in the buzzer by the front door. No one buzzed or tried to come in and trade bell works til 5pm. Then partner gets a text saying we weren’t in. Depot is 50 miles away. All I want to do is speak to a HUMAN BEING at yodel about it.
