Last Friday I ordered some grows for ds. They were technically a present from his gt grandma as she hasn't bought him anything and wanted it to be a bit of quality. I've had next before with no problems and find they wash well.
Anyway, I paid for next day delivery. So Saturday rolled around. It had an address query. Undelivered and no contact from them to clarify. I got in contact with them already pissed off and they told me my address was wrong, it wasn't. I checked my details. The address was right. There was no excuse to me for the lack of delivery.
I was then told then it'd be delivered on Sunday, again, I stayed in. Still nothing so I phoned up and they told me it'd be monday.
I then had another phone call from next on the Monday telling me the delivery would now be Tuesday. Today. So for the 4th day, I've stayed in waiting for this bloody package which still has not turned up!
I've sent them directions. Send them the address again over Facebook and over the telephone. Given them a number and waited for the courier to call, nothing and still no parcel. I've now asked online to be refunded as this is too much hassle and I've two young kids stuck in and things to do.
I'm now told they need to make three attempts to deliver. So it looks like I'll be stuck in all week.
Anyone else had bad service from them? I just want my money back and to get some babygrows from somewhere else. Shocking service.
