DOes nytol Herbal Work?

I haven’t slept in days and these are available without a prescription- but do they actually work?

Works for me. You need to take them about an hour before you go to sleep. A good amount of time in which to have a bath.

the one you have to ask the pharmaci st for does, the on the shelf one is useless.

I bought Nytol from over the counter but it was non-herbal I think and it worked really well, I was impressed!

Worked unexpectedly well for me. I was very cynical and got into bed thinking 'this is never going to work'. And the next thing it was morning!

The herbal one doesn't work for me but the regular One a Night is pretty good

Night Nurse however is the business! - not to be used regularly though

They made me so hyper I was trying to put toothpaste on the walls 😬 they must work for some people though. There are lots of proper sleeping tablets you can get from a pharmacy without a prescription though.

Initially worked for me, but now do nothing at all. You could try nightnurse now that knocks you out.

The herbals do nothing for me - get the one-a-night jobbies and prepare to be thoroughly knocked out (the Boots equivalent are exactly the same thing and a little cheaper!).

They worked for me, but I took four.
I hate the regular ones, they don't always work and leave me with a hang over. Herbal feel fresh in the morning.

I struggle getting tonsleep and also busy mind when I wake early. These work for me everytime. Sometimes feel more tired for a bit but overall great. Use them on all my long haul flights now. I always take 2. Reading reviews I'm surprised to hear a lot of people font rate the.. I had one other drowsy antihistamine before ans it made me feel heavy ans hungover next day. These are a nice, and light, sleep aid.
