I ask because I've got an interview there later this afternoon (London office) and would like to know more about the company culture from people who've actually worked there, and not just what my recruitment consultant is telling me. I've heard all sorts of horror stories about long hours and overtime (standard hours I'm told are 8 or 8:30 - 6, but I'm going for a support role so overtime should be fairly limited for me) crazy pressure and a real dog-eat-dog ethos. Is it really like that?
