IDK, I bought a medium one (not knowing how one measures one’s own foof) and it was a traumatic experience. I squished it up to get it in, and then it sort of unsquished suddenly inside - cue howl of pain, extracting of torture device, stern reminder to self that not everything recommended on mn should be attempted.

I believe foofs come with excellent elasticity inbuilt, so you should be grand.

That was my first 2 months cycles panda, and not any more!

I had to buy the smaller one as the first one was agony. i used it for years and it was fab.

No though, since the menopause and HRT, no chance of either being comfy.
