We have an ongoing dispute with a well known retailer regarding our kichen. It has been going on for 3 years and is still not resolved.
They offered us compensation that we are not happy with. I have tried fighting for more and they have told me to go through the Furmiture Ombudsman and they will adhere to their recommendation.
However the only thing I can find online is relatively negative about the FO and I’m concerned that they may just side with the retailer.
It has and continues to be an extremely stressful process so before I start the ball rolling just wondered if anyone has used them with a positive outcome?
