AIBU to say not good enough to GOUSTO
Very very unhappy on my delivery today, missing ingredients a total of 9 items missing over 3 meals. Customer service think a refund of £10 acceptable. Cost for me to buy missing ingredients £9.85, I checked On a supermarket website, then factor in the time and hassle for me to drive 30 miles there and back to said supermarket and the whole purpose of me using Gousto is gone. I use for two reasons, reduction of waste and convenience of delivery.
