To ask you to help me put together a work capsule wardrobe?

Just started work in a large public sector organisation.

All of the women in my office wear dark clothes, usually trousers and a nice top, although they don’t dress particularly formally (nobody wears suits, for example).

I like wearing blazers/jackets with dresses, as this is what I feel most comfortable in, and I think these sorts of outfits can be quite versatile.

The only thing is that I struggle to find dresses that fit.

I’m in my mid-twenties, blonde, 5 foot, with quite a small frame (although a bit of a belly ), and love ‘fit and flare’ dresses.

Any ideas where I could buy these please? I’ve looked on ASOS and Closet in the past for similar styles.

Dorothy Perkins- I bought two the other day, one in black and one in dark green. Super flattering and cheap. I’m public sector too and most of my work wardrobe is DPs

There’s a blue one with birds at M&S that people were keen on, I think it might come in petite.
