If you still have the heating on?

I thought I’d switched mine off until the autumn, but I’ve felt a bit chilly tonight Blush anyone else?

Put mine back on today. Monday is meant to be a high of 6 degrees C!

HildaZelda · 28/04/2018 22:37

I've put mine back on again. It's freezing here tonight.

WorraLiberty · 28/04/2018 22:38

We don't use the timer as we just turn it on/off as we need it.

But it's been much more on than off this week.

Then again, that's Spring for you.

Troels · 28/04/2018 22:38

I put mine on after tea I was so cold, jumper on socks and slippers too.

Coralcolouredchrome · 28/04/2018 22:38

Heating is on in our house. I'd have the fire on aswel, but it's broke. For some unknown reason my pussy still lies purring in front of it, her eyes squinting as though the non-existent heat from it is warming her.Confused

Never switch mine off as such. It set to 21 from 6am to 10am and from 14.00 to 22.00. 18 all other times (I turn it up if I’m here in the day) if it kicks in, it kicks in whether it’s August or Jan.

KeepServingTheDrinks · 29/04/2018 00:14

we guiltily put ours on last night. We are all freezing.

monkeychickenpig · 29/04/2018 00:25

Our house is set to 22 all year round and we never turn it off the thermostat works out when to turn the heating on and off but basically the heating is on almost every single day all day most of the year except very warm days in the summer

AlpacaLypse · 29/04/2018 00:32

The master switch is extremely inaccessible in the cellar. It went off last weekend. If it didn't mean moving several pieces of furniture I'd have turned it back on yesterday. Instead I'm wearing thermals, a mid layer, a top layer and a full length cardigan. Oh and drinking wine. Doesn't really help but stops one from caring.
