There was a youngish lady who swallowed a pea

My sister has inhaled a pea. Is she being unreasonable to be worried about this? What should she do?

Definitely inhaled. Took a deep breath to laugh at something over lunch, and it whizzed down.

Cooked soft pea, not raw.

Not hurting at the moment.

She is off on holiday in a few days time, to somewhere with less good medical support. Worried about it triggering pneumonia.

Call 111, see what they say/recommend. I'd wager she'd probably be fine as it was a once off and pneumonia generally only gets triggered by inhaled foreign objects if its happening frequently.

Definitely seek medical advice asap

Call 111 immediately for advice. Has she tried coughing?

This happened to a family member, it caused a lot of problems I would seek medical help ASAP
